    Does anyone at this location know how to roll five fingers in wimpy sauce, place in a small box with ranch dressing? I have ordered this twice and both times they have got it WRONG. I'm tried of accepting and paying for food that is wrong.

    I recently visited the Zaxby's in Clarkesville, Ga. Very friendly staff, great customer service. However, there are 3 "gender neutral" restrooms at this location. There is nothing that can justify this. Who in their right mind would think it's ok for a grown man or woman to share a restroom with a person of the opposite sex unless it's family with small kids that need help or a person that physically needs assistance? Will never eat here again. There are other locations that still use common sense. Please Zaxby's.....lets's hear your response...

    This place is absolutely filthy. Employees do not seem to care about taking orders. They would rather be laughing and talking amongst themselves. The food is always good, but I don't expect to go in a Zaxby's and be surrounded by 10 or 20 buzzing flies at my booth. Doesn't look like anything has been scrubbed in years. A disgrace of a Zaxby's. The worst part is its the same employees, making the same mistakes repeatedly. Tells my you just don't care. I'm sure this will be responded to with "We would love another chance to serve you". If you really felt that way you would make a change and have your employees wearing hair nets and have appropriate food safety practices. I have given this one several chances as it is one of the only reasonable places in town to get a solid salad while I am working up here. You guys really need to have some pride in your restaurant. It doesn't show, and I was the GM I would be in absolute disgrace. I bet if corporate showed up to this place they would get shut down and the whole crew would be axed. I'm surprised the health inspector hasn't shut them down already.

    Great food fast service eat here at least every other day the new store is amazing and the mangment team is awesome
